Chicken or Steak Marinade
Ingredients: Shallots, parsley, EVOO, salt and pepper
Steps: Finely chop parsley and shallots. Add the EVOO. Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours before grilling.
Meat & Vegetable Side Sauce
Ingredients: Plain Greek Yogurt, Dijon mustard, chives, salt and Pepper
Steps: Mix 2 tsp of mustard in 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt. Add finely chopped chives. Salt and pepper to taste.
Alternative: Replace 1 tsp of mustard with 1 tsp of mayo for creamier taste.
Fish Side & Vegetable Side Sauce
Ingredients: Plain Greek yogurt, lemon, chives, ginger, salt and pepper
Steps: In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt, a dash of lemon and add chives, salt, pepper and ginger to taste.
