Manual harvest is small cases, followed by careful manual sorting of each grape. The wine is aged for 14 months in 30% new oak.
Aromas of red fruit and berries on the nose. With expressive aromas repeated firmly on the palate, this wine has wonderful liveliness, softening with a bit of time and patience. Good ageing potential.
