Vinification: Following total or partial destemming on the vintage, fermentation in small containers, gentle pressing ensure optimal vinification. Depending on the profile of the vintage, vatting lasts 14 to 16 days.
Maturing: 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels, with 20 to 30% new oak.
Ageing: These wines enjoy the optimum ambient conditions in the cellars of the Bastions of the ancient Château de Beaune.
Tasting Notes
Rich aromas of different berry fruits. Perfumed and willowy on the palate, the wine expresses a delicate softness. Good ageing potential.
