Winemaking

Manual harvest in small cases, followed by manual sorting of each grape. The wine is aged for 8-10 months in 15% new oak and for 2-3 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes

Intense bouquet of fruit and flowers combined with a delicate mineral hint. Rich and subtle wine with good crisp, which makes it very balanced. Good ageing potential.
