Once covered by the sea, the sandy-limy-clay soil of Pliocene origin is very rich in fossil shells.
Grapes are hand-picked and meticulous sorted. The Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca grapes are left on their skins for a whole night before pressing to extract more character and then are fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
The aromatic fruit of Vermentino is enriched by the strong character of Trebbiano and balanced by the texture of Malvasia Bianca. Lively and fruit-forward with good structure.
