Winemaking

Manual harvest in small cases to avoid compressing the grapes and bursting the berries. Aged for 10-13 months in neutral French oak barrels for 50% of harvest, and the remainder in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes

Very aromatic bouquet, combining fruity and floral notes. Nicely elegant palate that blends power, raciness and roundness.
