This has plenty of ripe rich fruit with an array of lime curd, peaches, apricots and mangoes. The palate is packed with flesh and very succulent smooth and creamy peaches and apricots. A lot to like here. Drink on release.

A reductive, stainless-steel style of Chablis, this gains some weight from the concentration of fruit. It’s succulent and leesy while remaining clean, zesty and fresh, needing bottle time for the components to come together.

A ripe and fresh nose offers up notes of iodine, oyster shell, mineral reduction, pear and plenty of citrus influence. There is fine density to the concentrated and sappy flavors that possess fine volume while delivering very good length and solid depth. Good stuff and worth a look.

This is rich and ripe, offering peach, honey and lemon flavors. Turns bracing and compact, with a long, minerally finish. Could benefit from short-term cellaring.

This offers plenty of fruit and a deeply fleshy texture on the palate. The nose is all melon, peaches and limes and the palate has such juicy and fleshy texture, combined with a flash of bright, refreshing acidity, holding melon, pears and white peaches fresh and long. A concentrated and delicious AC from Fèvre in 2018. Drink now.

"A touch of reduction blends in with a hint of lanolin on this wine's subtle nose. The palate adds zestiness to a rounded, smooth and harmonious mix of pear fruit, citrus and chalkiness. It finishes bright and fresh." - Anne Krebiehl MW

Vinous

The 2018 Chablis (Domaine) is beautifully layered, perfumed and expressive. White flowers, mint and orchard fruit all grace this silky, inviting Chablis from Fèvre. The Chablis emerges from a mix of 46 hectares of vineyards with an average age of 50 years. A touch of oak (5-7%, all neutral) adds a shade of complexity. In this rich vintage, the village Chablis is especially fine.

The 2017 Chablis Villages is performing even better than it did 12 months ago, wafting from the glass with a pretty bouquet of white flowers, green apple, crisp Anjou pear, orange zest and oyster shell. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural and precise, with good depth and amplitude at the core, racy acids and a penetrating finish. This is a lovely example of the appellation that will offer a wide drinking window.

Derived from 46 hectares of holdings that average around 45 years old, Fèvre’s 2020 Chablis Village is a rare example of a cuvée that combines quantity and quality. Offering up aromas of white flowers, clear honey, bread dough and fresh pastry, it’s medium-bodied, saline and seamless, with bright acids and a fine-boned, elegant but intensely flavored profile.

A focused, lemon-, apple- and melon-flavored version, with accents of seashore and stone. Leaves a mouthwatering finish that lingers well, echoing citrus and stone elements. Drink now through 2023.
