A ripe style, displaying lime, apricot , peach, baked apple, toast, spice and caramel flavors. Creamy in texture, leaving a tactile sensation on the lengthy finish.

Overtly fresh aroma and a clear mineral character, with no obvious reduction. In the mouth this is on a massive scale : full of com-plexity and displaying a beautiful energy. A mineral wine but with brilliant clarity and even some tannin too.

Vinous

Pale, bright yellow. Alluring high-pitched perfume of lime blossom, white peach, flowers and lavender sea salt. Penetrating, gripping wine with a superb spine of acidity and minerality to its savory flavors of white peach, lemon and crushed stone. Displays a wonderfully light touch and a fine-grained texture but also powerful stony mineral spine for a slow and graceful evolution in bottle. An outstanding vintage for this bottling, finishing with almost painful cut and uncommon lift.

(from a crop level of 31 hectoliters per hectare): Musky aromas of white peach, lemon, lime and piquant tangerine peel, complicated by a suggestion of crushed stone. Densely packed, chewy and sappy, with integrated acidity and solid minerality giving the wine terrific freshness and definition for its vintage. The broad, echoing finish features an element of smoky minerality. Hints of rose and peony throughout give this classically dry wine a light touch.

The flavors here are slightly candied, with butterscotch, lemon drop, peach and pastry notes. Bright and long, with sweet baking spice notes dominating the finish for now. Shows terrific midpalate intensity, followed by a subtle aftertaste.
