The sleek, intense and well defined medium bodied flavors exude evident minerality onto the much more complex and persistent finale where the wood telegraphed by the nose reemerges. This is really quite good though note that my predicted range offers the benefit of the doubt that the generous wood will ultimately be successfully integrated.

This one of the more floral-suffused wines in the range with its hints of violet, rose petal and lavender that add touch of elegance to the very ripe poached plum scents that presently lack a bit of freshness. There is verve and freshness on the palate of the dense, voluminous and punchy flavors that coat the palate with dry extract that also serves to buffer the firm tannins shaping the powerful, serious and mildly warm finale. Note that my predicted range offers the benefit of the doubt that the nose will recover better freshness.
A finely integrated Champagne, with flavors of ripe apricot and yellow pear fruit enriched by subtle notes of toasted brioche and lemon-infused pastry cream set on a cashmerelike mousse. Reveals hints of oyster shell, spices and white blossoms on the mouthwatering finish.
Based on the 2015, the new release of Henriot's NV Blanc de Blancs bursts with expressive aromas of white peach, tangerine, sweet orchard fruit and freshly baked bread. Medium-to-full bodied, pillowy and nicely concentrated, with tangy acids, and a pearly mousse, this new disgorgement is showing particularly well.
This very solid Burgundian chardonnay has a generous body that's well filled out with lemon curd character. Bright apple and pear notes develop on the nose with a little aeration in the glass. Nice balance of creaminess and lemony freshness at the forthright finish. Made from bought-in grapes from all three Cotes. Drink or hold.
An alluring red, elegant and pure, delivering cherry, strawberry and smoky mineral aromas and flavors. Turns a bit leaner on the finish, yet stays long, with a hint of spice.
Smoky cherry, spice and fresh earth flavors mark this fruity, harmonious red. The silky texture, fine balance and nice length make this very enjoyable now.
Rich, creamy, and super-expressive, all of which make it an excellent choice for drinking now and over the next few years. Pastry, apricot, lemon confit, green pear and white flowers all grace this subtle, inviting Champagne from Henriot. The 2008 has enough fruit to drink well now, but also more than enough vibrancy to develop nicely in bottle.
The wine displays a gently reductive nose with notes of citrus and stone fruit mingling with suggestions of freshly baked bread, oyster shell and smoke. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with a voluminous but notably fine mousse, bright acids and an elegantly chalky finish that's delicate but penetrating. This is a comparatively supple, open-knit example of the taut 2008 vintage.

Full-bodied with a creamy texture and wonderfully soft fruit. Highlights the balance of the 2012 vintage. A blend of 54% chardonnay and 46% pinot noir.
